It had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable trip. The hotel facilities were excellent and the cleanliness was superb. Parking was safe and convenient. The hotel's location was a big plus point as it was close to shops and a hospital, providing us with ease of accessibility.

This place exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and quality service. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. We also enjoyed the breakfast options every morning, which was something to look forward to. Another advantage was the pleasant and quiet location.
The towels and carpets were old, worn, and needed replacement. the room lacked some important amenities like a soap holder in the shower and bottled water in the fridge.

Rooms & bathrooms were neat & clean. Breakfast was tasty & the staff was friendly. the beautiful garden views were a plus & safe parking was available. We appreciated that the staff secured our valuables in the safe.
Payments were slow.

During my Christmas stay, I was impressed with the quality of the breakfast served. The variety of foods and the tasty hot breakfast were exceptional. the location of the hotel was convenient for me as it was close to various shopping malls and other attractions. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which was one of the best aspects of my stay.

I had a few minor issues at Villa Jana Guesthouse, such as the towels being worn and thin, and the TV channels not being clearly listed. the breakfast was good, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient. The gardens were lovely and the car parking was secure.
